Job Overview

This role supports warehouse and material handling operations to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant movement of materials across the facility. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material processing activities. The position ensures data integrity within SAP and supports production requirements through efficient material flow and preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute shipping, receiving, packing, and unpacking activities in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Perform system transactions and data entry in SAP to support accurate inventory and material traceability.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and quality compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling, transaction discipline, and cycle count execution.
• Conduct cycle counts using count and weight verification methodologies; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Assign, organize, and maintain storage locations to optimize space utilization and material accessibility.
• Generate and process pick tickets; stage and issue materials to production in alignment with production schedules.
• Ensure all material movements are accurately reflected in SAP in real time.
• Prepare shipping documentation, coordinate shipments, and support tracking and variance investigations.
• Process raw materials into required sizes for CNC operations using a horizontal band saw in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Utilize material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.

Shift schedule Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

What your background should look like

• Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or inventory control.
• H.S Degree or GED
• Forklift certification or demonstrated experience operating forklifts.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience using measurement tools and inspection devices.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Exposure to horizontal band saw operation and basic hand tools preferred.
