Job Requirements

• Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to understand business goals and determine the requirements and scope for procurement projects accordingly.
• Establishing KPIs to monitor vendor performance, costs, and ROI to drive savings and assess supplier risk.
• Leading vendor identification, evaluation, and selection by aligning with strategic sourcing principles and leveraging RFx tools; managing vendor relationships, negotiation strategies, contracting, onboarding and renewal.
• Monitoring and reviewing procurement processes to identify opportunities for continual improvement in Cost Savings and Cost Avoidance; Participating in supplier audits.
   

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
