Job Overview

Main Target Summary    
Responsible for all aspects of Sensors Operation finance organization in Asia region. This includes financial reporting, planning & analysis, partner plant operation team to achieve operation targets, actively support the definition and execution of the strategy and establishing and enforcing compliance with policies, developing and maintaining a robust financial control environment.

Responsibilities:
• Operation Support
o Partner operation on driving continue improvement and productivity
o Overseeing operations in connection with finance including purchase, cost, production, investment and asset management cycle
• Planning and Budgeting
o Lead operations budget planning and forecasting; review/monitor operations activities against budget ensure results achieve financial targets and business KPIs.
o Drive budget and plan process under global guidance, set guideline and target for operation and functions
• Business Analysis
o Provide accurate, complete and valuable information timely to support and monitor business performance
o Lead team on monthly report plant P&L, comparing with forecast, providing insightful, actionable analysis
• Costing and Inventory Management
o Oversee cost accounting matter including standard cost, actual cost, variance analysis
o Close monitor inventory risk in plant    
o Inventory control vs. forecast, driving cash improvement 
• Investment Control and Fixed Asset Management
o Support Capex /investment analysis, make sure the right business decision
o Strengthen Capital Expenditure control and monitor implementation of investment 
o Continuous improvement of fixed assets management procedure to ensure utilization and safeguard asset
• Other Project Management
o Provide insourcing and outsourcing analysis for decision and monitor project progress, optimize footprint
o Monitor and control operation optimization project, drive continuous improvement
o Drive operation advantage in Finance and Operation
• People Management
o Build effective team. Allocate and balance work across direct reports, review and provide timely performance feedback, mentor, develop and motivate team, resolve people/functional issues in the team, attract/retain key talent.
• Internal Control
o Monitor the established company policies/procedures in order to enhance the internal control
o Take action according to the Compliance/internal control audit findings in order to ensure compliance with corporate policies and US GAAP

What your background should look like:

Requirements
1. Bachelor in Finance and Accounting, MBA/CPA is plus
2. Minimum 10 years work experience (Finance, work experience in MNC, costing background, solid success story). 5+ years management experience 
Manufacturing company background; experience of business partnership with Operations and Supply Chain
3. Persevere, positive, proactive 
4. Business acumen, energetic and leadership skills 
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Integrity, independent working skill and team building
7. Have good spoken and written skills in both English and Chinese
