1.Execute special projects in support of the Customer Care organisation.
2.Deliver projects on time and to the expected level of quality.
3.Report on project activities and findings / results.
4.Support the customer care organization on tactical activities as required.
5.Support order entry and other customer service functions

2.Workable oral English is required
3.SAP or ERP system knowledge is a plus
4.Good communication skills,ability to solve problems
