Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.



Interface with customer, conduct sales order processing and related follow up, coordinate the handling of customer complaints, maintain good relationship with customers and keep sales order records with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction with TE’s products and services within corporate policies, procedures and systems. Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide back-up service to Sales and customers

2. Handle Sales order pocessing including quotations, customer queries, internal coordination, order fulfillment, delivery arrangement, AR follow up, customer compliant and etc.

3. Customer relationhip maintenance including communication via phone, email. Gain knowledge of account requirement and serve customer based upon requests to find customer needs and resolve issues.

4.MCP follow up to contribute revenue/booking

5. can handle technique inquiry from customers thru UC training

Job Qualification:

1. College graduated and at around 4 years experience in customer service and trading business,

2. Good spoken and written English, PC skill.    

3. SAP skill is a plus 

4. High reliability and highly efficiency 

5. Proactive working attitude

6. Strong communication ability.
