Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.


-    Sales Activities
(i) Propose and implement annual sales plan (billing target, market share, product mix, special project etc.) on the dedicated key accounts; conduct analysis to identify customer needs (with coaching and guidance); promote products to customers based on their enquiries and requirements to earn sales orders (with coaching and guidance); convince customers to accept contract trade terms, pricing ; and obtain change approval from Key Account Manager and Sales manager in order to achieve billing targets and increase market share.
(ii) Follow through goods delivery with customer service coordinator; and coordinate with Product Engineer and Quality Assurance in resolving products usage and quality issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
(iii) Follow up AR and clear past dues in order to reduce AR/backlog.
(iv) Coordinate new project with LeanPD PLMCentral program.

-    Marketing Activities
(i) Maintain general market awareness; gather customers and competitors’ information; learn and study market trends; and prepare reports in order to increase market share and develop expansion plan.
(ii) Coordinate with Marcom to organize marketing events and send catalogues and promotion materials to customers in order to promote TE Auto products and corporate branding.
(iii)Customer Relationship Development and Maintenance. Create and maintain relationship with existing and new customers;

Create and maintain relationship with existing customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.
-    Internal Team Supporting                                                                                  
Help AM for the Q.C.D and new project management issues in order to help the AM satisfy customer and achieve the billing target accordingly.

What your background should look like:

Bachelor in Engineering. 
Good at Japanese、English in both oral and written.

3+ years sales experience, preferred in automotive related industry.

Communication and influencing skills, integrity, sense of responsibility, proactive, learning capabilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
