Job Overview

TE's Talent Management team is responsible for building the capability of the organization to be high performing and able to adapt, including change management, culture transformation and overall employee performance. They are responsible for TE's training and development strategy, ensuring skills and capabilities of employees meet the organization's current and future needs. They develop, implement and evaluate training activities to meet TE's competitive position requirements, and are responsible for mentoring and training programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture.

What your background should look like:

Assists with the preparation and the implementation of learning and talent development solutions. Coordinates the delivery of training and other talent development intiatives as needed.

Key responsibilities include: 

-    Adminitrative support to whole year training plan including training brochure creation, training needs collection and enrollment process following
-    Contact external vendor and internal trainer to confirm the namelist,training date and other logistics requirement
-    Provide logitics support include training invitation, facility, Sign-In QR Code, traning materials etc.
-    Provide support during online training (eg. initiate poll, breakout rooms etc.)
-    Evaluate the training, maintain training record include completed namelist, data management etc.

-    University student 
-    Have passion in human re source or talent development is preferred
-    Can work 3-4 days per week 
-    Fast learner, detail-oriented and well-organized
-    Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
-    CET 6 is required
-    Strong PC skills including EXCEL, PPT, WORD and etc.
