Role brief
Be the face and voice of TE Connectivity to drive company growth by delivering Extraordinary Customer Experience. Make it easy for customers to do business with TE. Make every interaction memorable enabling deeper relationships. Deliver value to our small and medium-sized customers while resolving all their inquiries. Identify opportunities to generate new business and organic revenue growth through both inbound and outbound reach. Create a favorable impression and sell the TE brand to strengthen our ability to attract, retain and win with Customers.
Your Responsibilities
You will play a fundamental role in achieving our growth targets through a passion to serve. Your main responsibilities will be to:
•    Develop, enhance, and grow customer relationships through lead generation, building an opportunity pipeline, nurturing customers through their buying journey and driving customer loyalty. 
•    Offer Solutions to customers that add value to them as they reach out for support throughout their journey – “Research to Cash”.
•    Become an expert on the TE value proposition - Technical Expertise, Superior Service, ability to demonstrate your knowledge and influence buying decisions through our innovative product solutions.
•    Understand the landscape of small and medium-sized customers by actively probing, providing options and solutions as well as treating customers as valued. 
KPIs: 
•    Customer Effort Score (CES), inquire to opportunity conversion rate, opportunity to conversion rate
Your Profile 
•    Demonstrated ability to solve problems, influencing skills and ability to deal with ambiguity 
•    Strong verbal, written and presentation skills 
•    Proven ability to initiate, organize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner 
•    Bring creative and new ideas to work
•    Must be resilient and prefer an environment that embraces change
•    Must be able to win Customers through storytelling and engaging conversations. 
•    Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
•    Consultative selling experience desired
•    Relevant product or industry experience desired

Education
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g. Engineering/ Business/ Marketing)
