TALENT MGMT SPECIALIST
Job Overview
TE's Talent Management team is responsible for building the capability of the organization to be high performing and able to adapt, including change management, culture transformation and overall employee performance. They are responsible for TE's training and development strategy, ensuring skills and capabilities of employees meet the organization's current and future needs. They develop, implement and evaluate training activities to meet TE's competitive position requirements, and are responsible for mentoring and training programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture.

Position Summary
The regional Talent Management Specialist uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to develop and implement talent processes and programs for the company, by working closely with GTM and HR partners in region.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage/support Talent Management activities against annual calendar (e.g., Talent Reviews, Succession, Continuous Performance, Leadership Development, Career, People Surveys, I&D…etc.) to ensure consistent delivery of talent processes and programs in region.
Manage the deployment of learning & development programs across region/country and take accountability for the execution progress.
Partner with regional HR and business to understand people/organization needs and translate into robust implementation plans and solutions, with an emphasis on building diverse & quality talent pipeline and raise people capability bench strength.
Act as a change agent to drive culture and mindset change to support the transformation of modern learning and career experience for TE people, which may cover change management, culture breeding, team assimilation, coaching, mentoring, onboarding & etc.
Support HR leaders in the capability build and team development of HR function.
Lead/support the continuous improvement process to streamline transactional talent and learning tasks to achieve efficiencies and optimize synergy.
Facilitate trainings and workshops as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Typically requires 5-7 years TD working experience in MNC, manufacturing background is a plus.
Experience in training delivery as well as workshop facilitation is needed.
Passionate and up-to-date understanding of Talent methodologies, processes and practices.
Hands-on program experiences in Leadership Development, Continuous Performance, HiPO/Pipeline Development, Career, Culture Transformation, Inclusion & Diversity, and/or EVP.
Experiences in Assessments, Internal Talent Marketplace and/or Strategic Workforce Planning is strongly preferred.
Collaborative working style - ability to develop strong relationships with peers and teams across all levels.
Data mindset - ability to understand data, draw correlations and influence to move others to action.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate resilience and strong commitment towards project and continuous process improvements.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
