Job Overview

TE's Talent Management team is responsible for building the capability of the organization to be high performing and able to adapt, including change management, culture transformation and overall employee performance. They are responsible for TE's training and development strategy, ensuring skills and capabilities of employees meet the organization's current and future needs. They develop, implement and evaluate training activities to meet TE's competitive position requirements, and are responsible for mentoring and training programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture.

Position Summary

Diagnoses talent management needs, recommends and implements appropriate solutions for Learning and Leadership development, Engagement & Inclusion, and/or Organizational Effectiveness.  Key responsibilities include:

• Acts as a performance consultant and solution expert, partner with HR partners to provide customized solutions to address specific organization development needs such as performance improvement, change management, culture landing, team assimilation, employee engagement, etc.
• Develops, manages, and implements Talent development programs to satisfy the organization’s future needs for critical talents and leaders;
• Collaborates with HR partners and team leaders to develop and promote career advancement philosophy, process and guidelines to support employee’s individual development needs;
• Consults with managers and others using variety assessement tools, such as 360-degree feedback;
• Supports HR leaders in the capability build and team development of HR function;
• Conducts or facilitates learning activities as needed; 
• Sources quality vendors or internal expertise for content delivery. Manages resources to deliver the learning modules.


Required experience/HR functional knowledge

• Bachelor degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Requires a minimum of 8+ years of HR working experience with 3+ years of progressive HR experience in Learning and Development or HR business partnering.
• Certifications in various talent management tools and training preferred.
• Demonstrated success facilitating programs in a classroom and/or virtual environment.
• Experience in managing comprehensive learning and development programs from end to end.
