Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities Pricing
Harvesting data from additional sources to create report for PMs
Downloading & uploading pricing to ERP Systems 
Handling price requests in GPMS and emails
Ensure the effectiveness of Book Price by generating reports and discuss with PMs
Identify low margin business and work with PMs to get solutions
Monitor agreement performance
Use advanced analytics to identify problem and opportunity
Explore next level Pricing areas (i.e. competitive analysis, A.I., cross-functional data integration, etc.) 
Define process and drive system optimization (TEOA)
Define strategy and KPI that aligns with business objectives and market dynamics
Manage balance between price improvement and transactional execution
Periodic collaboration with sales team to drive profitable growth  
Ability to simplify and communicate pricing strategies to stakeholders
Communication – peer to peer, cross functional 
Primary Regional communication 
Communicate stakeholders:  Sales, PM, Finance Customers- indirect , Customer Service 
Applying market/supply chain insights and rules into pricing decisions 
Making recommendations for pricing opportunities

Duties & Responsibilities CSC Supervisor
Development of talent
Manage internal customer orders and demand 
Respond to external and internal customers in a timely fashion
Set KPI for CSC team
Balancing stakeholders (Sales, Planning, Operation, Finance, customer)
Handle approvals for special incoterms, payment terms etc. 
A point of contact for escalation from key stakeholders
Improve process to increase productivity
Present CSC performances on monthly meetings
Organizing monthly and quarterly business report meetings for APAC region

What your background should look like:

Requirements
Bachelor`s degree is preferred, majoring in business, marketing or related
At least 3 years product marketing/pricing analysis/finance working experience is referred 
Good at English speaking and writing 
Good communication skills and team work
