Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.
Oversees the implementation of continuous improvement programs base on the TE lean structure and collaborates with all team to build a continuous improvement environment

Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and enhance efficiency through data analysis and on-site observations.
- Project Management: Coordinate resources and be responsible for or participate in cross-departmental improvement projects, achieving targeted improvements in metrics.
- Training and Mentoring: Provide training and guidance on lean principles and tools.
- Tool Utilization: Promote and maintain the use of lean tools and related processes.
- Cultural Development: Be responsible for or assist with activities related to lean culture and engagement.
- Digitalization: Support the advancement of digitalization-related projects.
- Leading plant TEOA activities and be responsible for TEOA KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, major in IE is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience of lean, manufacturing management is must in Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communications skills
- Adequate project management skills with solid problem-solving background.
- Well organized, analytical, self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
- Thinking outside the box, innovation.
- Good at English.
