Job Overview:
This role provides administrative and operational support to senior leaders while ensuring the effective coordination of essential department activities. This role drives execution of administrative processes and acts as a key liaison between senior leadership and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
•    Manage senior leaders’ daily logistics and activities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangement, expense management, etc.
•    Act as a trusted point of contact between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders, including itinerary planning, administrative assistance and on-site coordination, ensuring professional and timely communication.
•    Provide support for assigned tasks, including organizing and coordinating staff meetings, workshops, conferences, corporate events, etc.
•    Other relevant administrative tasks, including processing purchase requisitions, team car facilitation, managing department external activities, etc.
•    Keep and follow up meeting minutes / agreed actions with the action owner, monitor progress and report deviation to leaders.

What your background should look like

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in providing administrative support including 3+ years support to executives
•    Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills required
•    Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
•    Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
•    Strong proficiency in MS Office, SAP
•    Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional language is a plus
