Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist the Senior Director of HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support while contributing to HR projects & reports and organizing events across the APAC/China region.

Responsibilities & Qualifications 
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
1.    Administrative Support:
o    Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, visa applications, and expense reports.
o    Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other internal events, handling logistics to ensure smooth execution.
o    Prepare meeting agendas, meeting deck consolidations, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and task completion.
o    Coordinate arrangements for HR senior leaders, including logistics and agenda management.
2.    Event Organization:
o    Organize the APAC/China HR Conference, including logistics, scheduling, and follow-up actions post-event.
o    Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
o    Provide support for the logistics of team events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
3.    HR Reporting and Projects:
o    Conduct ad-hoc people data analysis, providing insights and data visualization.
o    Assist in executing HR projects as directed by the Senior Director, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
o    Liaise with various teams and HR stakeholders to gather data and produce necessary reports.
o    Undertake other related duties and manage projects as assigned by the Senior Director.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
•    Over 3 years of proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within HR.
•    Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
•    Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
•    Strong communication skills for interaction with various stakeholders.
•    Experience in event planning and project management is a plus.
•    Knowledge of HR metrics and reporting standards is preferred.
