Job Overview

TE Connectivity is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst IV to join our team supporting the Asia Pacific Region.  This key position will report directly to the Project Management Officer based in Middletown, Pennsylvania. The Supply Chain Analyst IV position is responsible for executing a critical program to convert the entire company from our existing Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) system from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 Hana. 

Job Requirements

Objectives / Responsibility:
•    Perform and support business process testing of global and local functions
•    Develop organization change management materials on behalf of your BU/Segment
•    Provide and support training efforts on any changes being introduced with the new system
•    Define processes to be tested
•    Update process documentation as required 
•    Partners closely with Segment Business Project Manager 
•    Assist with and help coordinate data cleansing efforts 
•    Identify and support the documentation and resolution of any project issues and gaps 
•    Coordinate testing efforts with additional assigned resources / local / site specific teams 
•    Prepare and manage testing scenarios and testing outputs in each test cycle 
•    Define and execute regression tests as we go through the wave implementations
•    Execute the Process testing and change management of any interim activities required to take place between the wave such as the changes required to manage activities between two systems 
•    Perform and coordinate the global data validation and signoff 
•    Support the Go-Live and final implementation ( Hypercare ) 

What your background should look like

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management or Supply Chain
Experience:
•    +3-5 years minimum experience in executing business processes for your designated process area
•    Understanding how planning activities Impact others before & After them ( Sales, Shop Floor, Warehouse ) 
•    Determining what systematic planning is done, MRP or Reorder points, etc. 
•    Background using forecast, demand process and tools
•    Knowledge of Purchasing procedures
•    Hands on extensive knowledge of the function and department processes – considered by many to be a “Super User”
•    Technical savvy / familiar with systems, especially SAP ERP Systems
•    General understanding of connected system landscape and bolt-on applications 
•    Prior involvement in SAP Implementation experience is a plus 
•    Managerial skills and/or aspirations
•    Strong Coordination Skills required
•    Data Savvy – experience reviewing, assessing and validating Data and Data Accuracy
•    Ability to make timely decisions and provide direction to a broad team
•    Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment and work independently 
•    Must be respected within the organization and be able to work across regions, segments and Business unites
•    Willingness to travel when required
•    English Language Skills required
