This role requires ability to support & standardize Supply Chain Planning Business Processes across multiple Plants & Distribution Centers to guarantee efficient Planning, being a key global role for the Business Unit (BU) 
Within the Transformation Team, be the person who supports orchestration of Process, Tool & People.
Ability to Understand & Define the Business Requirements and implement them from Design phase to Go-Live & Hypercare 
Work with different functions & have the ability to Prioritize based on Value proposals.
This role supports the defining & implementation of our mid long-term strategy to design a robust supply chain. This is a differentiation to drive sustainable growth. 
This role requires being ready to challenge status quo, roll up your sleeves and work together with cross-functional teams to develop, test and operationalize solutions as well as ensure its smooth adoption by effective change management within our organization. 
This role will report to Supply Chain Transformation team for Digital Data Network “DDN” BU
The candidate will be based in China & provide support to the factories (mainly) & DCs in scope of BU
The candidate will be requested to provide presential support to these factories on demand, and may need to travel up to 25-30 % time

  • Improve Factory Master Data accuracy
  • Align Process & Tools for full E2E planning & execution
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, to define optimum processes, such as:
    • Factory Master Data Engineers
    • Factory Planners & Engineers
    • DC Planners & Central Supply Planning
    • IT Department
    • Upstream team
    • Procuremen
    • Demand Planners
    • Footprint Desing
  • Implement Supply Chain capabilities across systems
    • Planning Tools interaction with Shopfloor & Execution systems
    • from Process Definition to Design to UAT to Implementation to Go Live & Hypercare
  • Apply Project management methodology
    Animate the User & Key user community
    • Ensuring knowledge & adoption of Process & Tool
    • Skills Network & Versatility Matrix
  • Challenge existing Process by providing Improvement ideas
  • Drive the change with the user community:
    • Presential Workshops & Team Animation
  • Propose Process & Tool Continuous Improvement (Incl MD & Governance)
  • Be the Referent person of your expertise area between the Plants, Functions & management team to keep stakeholders informed & escalate opportunities.
  • Align with Analytic tools to ensure SC metrics dashboard for E2E visibility

What your background should look like

  • Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in Factory & Supply Chain roles
  • Highly motivated to work in a dynamic & challenging environment
  • Ready to be exposed by collaborating with different levels of management in the organization
  • Profile to work in multi-functional teams
  • Competent in Factory MD, Capacity Mngt & Production Planning & Scheduling Processes
  • Deliver full E2E Projects or individual capabilities matching Process & Tool to serve business priorities
  • Knowledge of SAP PP (ECC, S4/Hana) is a must / IBP (Supply / Response) is a plus
  • SAP PPDS or any sequencing Tools is very Highly an advantage
  • Analytics tools like Tableau Access, Power BI is a plus
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong Analytical & continuous improvements Skills (problem solver) as well as good understanding of process & capabilities value
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain appropriate balance in a fast-paced, heavy-workload environment
  • Comfortable working in Cross National companies with different time-zones, regions & cultures
