STRATEGY ANALYST (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Business Development Teams identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term business development strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies and services. They identify markets and determine the feasibility of business and product development. Our Teams perform economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities, develop business models and determine market trends to substantiate long-term prospects.

What your background should look like:

Job description 
-    Collaborate with corporate, segment strategy and business team to solve complex business problems
-    Develop strategies and approaches to fulfilling complex project assignments in creative and logic ways
-    Identify, track, and communicate market news and trends 
-    Translate complex business requests into well-defined problems
-    Create analytical models to address business critical questions, regarding market sizing, market growth, competitors intelligence, etc.
-    Conduct desk research for emerging new market segments


Ideal profile
-    Bachelors in business, management, finance, accounting, or economics from a leading institution, MBA is a plus
-    3-5 years’ experience in management consulting, research firm, cooperate strategy
-    Logic thinking and excellent analytical skills, ability to apply strategy tools, frameworks, and process
-    Excellent communication skills, including oral and written skills, listening skills, cross function/ culture communication, presentation skills
-    Excellent with excel, PPT
