Manages the activities and staff associated with global sourcing, delivery, and distribution of components and raw materials for complex or multiple products.

Job Requirements

Job Purpose

Lead end-to-end supply planning for assigned product portfolio, ensuring alignment between customer demand, supply capability, and inventory strategy. Drive demand-to-supply translation, capacity planning, and supply execution while continuously improving delivery performance, working capital, and supply chain efficiency.

Activities

Demand and Supply Management

  • Understand customer demand, product lifecycle (NPI / Mature / EOL), and key requirements
  • Translate demand into supply plan considering DC inventory, lead time, multi-source capacity, and customer requirements
  • Drive demand signal improvement and stability across planning pipeline
  • Lead demand-supply balancing and identify gaps, risks, and mitigation actions

Supply Management

  • Understand supply status across sources including capacity, constraints and material readiness
  • Drive supply improvement with PM (capacity planning), factory (efficiency), and procurement (material readiness)
  • Improve delivery performance, supply reliability and service level

Inventory, Cost & Performance

  • Manage end-to-end inventory strategy across DC, plant and upstream
  • Optimize cash performance (DOH, inventory value) and supply chain cost
  • Balance trade-offs between service, inventory and cost

Project & Lifecycle Management

  • Lead supply planning for NPI launches, migration projects and EOL management
  • Partner with project teams and plants for ramp plan and supply readiness
  • Manage transition risks and execution

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and develop supply planning team
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, PM, Procurement and Manufacturing
  • Ensure strong execution discipline and accountability

Education & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field (good university preferred)

Experience

  • 8-10 years’ Strong experience in supply planning / supply chain management with team management experience.
  • Hands-on experience in SIOP, capacity planning and inventory management
  • Experience managing product portfolio supply chain

Exposure

  • Experience in international companies
  • Exposure to cross-cultural collaboration
  • Result-oriented and fast execution mindset
