The Global Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Senior Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business agility across a complex, global supply chain environment.
This role is highly front‑end business facing, with deep engagement across Sales, Customer Care, and Commercial teams, ensuring fast, disciplined execution against demand signals while balancing service, cost, and cash objectives.
Operating in a high‑growth, dynamic environment with frequent product migrations and new product introductions (NPI), this leader will drive process standardization, S&OE maturity, and transformation, while building a strong, accountable global team.
The role leads 4 direct S&OE Managers, with an overall organization of ~30 Distribution Centre planners globally, and requires a strong sense of urgency, executive presence, and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

- Front-Side Business Engagement & Customer Focus
- Act as the primary S&OE interface to Sales and Customer Care teams, ensuring strong alignment between commercial priorities and execution capabilities.
- Drive rapid response to demand changes, customer escalations, and supply constraints with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Influence commercial and customer decisions through fact-based tradeoffs on service, cost, and lead time.
- Operational Excellence & S&OE Governance
- Lead end‑to‑end S&OE execution for a $3B+ global portfolio, spanning 8 manufacturing sites and 100+ external suppliers.
- Own and lead weekly global S&OE cadences focused on exception management, decision‑making, and recovery actions.
- Develop, deploy, and sustain standardized S&OE processes, operating models, and governance across regions.
- Define, track, and continuously improve S&OE KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive a culture of accountability, execution rigor, and high performance.
- Managing Complexity & Growth
- Navigate complex, fast changing business environments with frequent NPI, product migrations, and demand volatility.
- Ensure operational readiness for new product launches by aligning planning processes, supply capabilities, and execution discipline.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, agility, and cost efficiency.
- Financial & Service Performance
- Balance service, cost‑to‑serve, and cash objectives through disciplined execution and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Analyze financial and operational metrics to support profitable growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- People Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop 4 direct S&OE Managers and an extended team of ~30 planners globally.
- Build strong succession, technical capability, and leadership depth within the S&OE organization.
- Drive consistent ways of working, clear role accountability, and performance management aligned with global standards.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results‑driven team culture.

What your background should look like
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in a multinational, high‑growth environment.
- 8+ years of leadership experience managing global diverse teams.
- Proven leadership experience in S&OE, supply chain execution, demand/supply planning, or operations management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance short‑term execution and long‑term strategic objectives.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated success engaging senior cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability with a track record of translating data into actionable decisions.
- High proficiency with SAP (mandatory); IBP Response experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience leading transformation, process standardization, and change management initiatives.
