SR MGR HR PARTNER
Job Overview
Responsible for driving the HR Strategy execution for the related BU /Function and developing talent, driving performance and cultural projects etc. This role will partner closely with the HRBPs and business leaders to enable them to implement their strategies, priorities and achieve their goals, providing HR solutions by creating local culture transformation, talent assessment and succession, employee engagement and organization effectiveness.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Implement HR strategy at China level to support business strategy.
• Cooperate with Global BU/Function HR to execute the BU strategy in China scope.
• Follow the HR schedule with creative ideas and implementation on HR programs (goal setting, performance management, compensation planning, talent assessment and development, communication …).
• Partner with business leader to enhance and sustain high level employee engagement.
• Conduct strategic workforce planning.
• Support business to driver BU/ functional performance.
• Work with leaders to establish and maintain a positive work environment.
• Provide expertise and support on mergers and acquisition project in China.
• Balance HR resources to provide solutions to solve special problems.
• Facilitate process of employee/labor relationships.
• Provide consultancy or advice on other HR related subjects.
• Drive change to reach stretch target.

What your background should look like:
- Bachelor degree or above and preferred with HR field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in HR generalist or HRBP with breadth of HR knowledge.
- Min 5+ years managerial experience in HR environment managing virtual, international teams.
- Ability to drive and lead key HR processes in business with demonstrated expertise in global project management.
- Business acumen and deep understanding of the HR Operating Model and how the business of HR is run across the enterprise.
- Must possess substantial knowledge in national employment legislation, labor law and economic trends.
- Anticipates and embraces change and moves quickly, decisively and effectively to take advantage of change.
- Mature, demonstrated communication and influencing skills.
- Solid labor law knowledge and legal case experience.
- Fluent in English in both speaking and writing.
