Job Overview
The Solution Center Team supports the Enterprise to drive Customer Growth and Experience and the Distribution Channel business unit to make it easy for our Distribution partners to do business with TE. The organization consists of more than 400 employees who provide global service to both Customers and Distributors and drive growth for the organization.
Maintain payroll processing schedules and related tasks/events, ensure effective transition and coordination of processing events between the HR Service Team and cross-BU HR Partners.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Compile payroll data and prepare monthly staff payroll accurately and efficiently
• Make sure payroll process is in compliance with internal and external audit requirements
• Arrange the payroll relevant payment, e.g. social insurance, housing fund, and etc.
• Payroll reporting management (standard and ad-hoc). Support C&B and Finance team about reporting and data collection
• Monthly IIT and annual tax declaration
• Be accountable for payroll process improvement based on escalated enquirers from team members and employees
• Maintain and adhere to quality controls throughout the payroll process and ensure it is aligned with global & China standard
• Participate in various HR projects and execute assigned project activities
What your background should look like:
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
• Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in Payroll.
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to manage priorities against tight deadlines
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, PPT
• Good command of English
