SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST III

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

This position is responsible for providing administrative , sales and system support primarily to Channel sales and  distributors to ensure ease of doing business , while ensuring  operational and cost effectiveness, as well as  coordinating with all related stakeholders to drive, train, support and facilitate such initiatives and processes . This position has direct contact with various stakeholders, both internal and external (Distributors, Channel Sales team as well as BU partners and functional teams), and attention to details and methodical in process, strong communication, business acumen and analytical / system skills are important.

Responsibility:
Provide administrative support and drive effective processes and tools with internal sales, partners and functional teams
    Work with Customer Service, Pricing, Marketing, Legal to organize on-boarding training resources and sales tools
    Admin support thru CRA, STA, etc. to set up internal sales hierarchy 
    Support partners timely submission of POS / INV reports, including BU traders
    Assist with the on-boarding process of POS / INV submission  
    Work with BDS/Finance/Sales /partners on POS error resolution, and account mapping issues to ensure and improve data accuracy and complete submission
    Set up, support and improve business admin process and manage personnel changes and transition.
Support business and sales growth initiatives and incentive plans
    Facilitate new sales tools through training and usage
    Support sales realignment & growth initiatives 
    Involve in facilitating and communication of the sales team incentive plan
    Manage the issuance and acceptance of SIP letters annually by sales team
    Support the SIP automation platform, training and its improvement
    Ensure changes and records are properly managed and maintained with stakeholders

Works with Channel and BU sales, partners and legal to maintain proper records and compliance with contractual and compliance requirements
    support due diligence process for new partners
    Track and report on BU partners’ compliance
    Work with Legal on new contracts, renewal or termination process

ECE support to internal sales, partners and functional teams
Cost effective processes that contribute to lower cost to serve %
Improvement in POS data integrity & compliance reduce business risk and maximise profitability

 

 

What your background should look like:


•    At least 3-4 years working experience, preferably in a sales operation improvement role in MNCs
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•    Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
•    Highly motivated and resourceful self-starter
•    Working knowledge of IT tools and applications
•    Knowledge of TE systems and services in different TE functions preferred
•    Minimum Bachelor’s degree of Business Administratio、Marketing, Science or Engineering
