Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

Job Details:

Position Overview 

Gather and prepare sales & financial forecasts ,analysis and reports for Channel with the objectives of providing timely and accurate information for management's business planning, budgeting and decision-making; Support business development by collecting market information and providing market analysis; Support business management by KPI researching and controlling; Support Channel sales events/activities planning and execution.


- Business planning & analysis. Tracking daily& weekly & monthly & quarterly sales performance and prepare weekly & monthly & quarterly sales/financial analysis and reports in order to provide timely and accurate information for management's business planning, budgeting and decision making. Gather previous year’s sales and financial reports; Prepare sales analysis and forecast;
- Business development supporting. Collect and monitor the monthly & quarterly & yearly China mass market trends & polices & news, then make analysis reports to provide timely and accurate information to support business development. Work with sales team, customer service team, finance, marketing and other departments to support analysis for business development.
- Business management supporting. Support management for KPI data researching & controlling; Support sales team in key Channel event/activities in business review meetings, distributor workshop/training.


- Bachelor degree or above
- 3 years relevant experience or above
- Good English language skills in both oral & written
- Accountable, Integrity, self-motivated and Teamwork member;
- Logical, detail-oriented, good analytical skills and PC application software skill.
- Proficient in written and oral English, good communication skills. 
- Strong business sense. Able to work independently under pressure.
