Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

Position Overview 
Sales & Marketing Specialist major focus on Business Analysis in Annual Budget/KPI tracking/Business Plan /Application study and others business required. Close work with Sales Manager & Sales team to support strategic planning & provide solutions.


Responsibilities
Responsible for Sales Team Annual Budget planning & goal setting based on sales structure. Cascaded the goal to the team by methodology way. Providing analysis supporting sales manager’s decision & business strategy.
Work close with sales team, monthly following Won/Bidding/Lost projects, ensure the TERP hit rate according to the monthly/yearly target aligned. Work out monthly KPI / Operation reports to reflect the actual & gap finding.
Application study summary & actions follow-up, together with sales/industry manager. 
Other business analysis & reports needed for sales team, no limited to 5 years plan, Product Line, Customer management.
Coordinator in sales team digital transfer in data base.
Admin support to meeting/activities arrangement, purchasing if any.

Qualification
Bachelor degree or above; Data analysis.
2-3 years relevant experience in business analysis or above.
Proficient in written and oral English. 
Good communication skillsLogistic thinking, detail-oriented, good analytical skills, and expert in Excel.Power BI/Tableau would be a plus.
Strong business sense & result driven. Able to work independently under pressure.
Accountable, Integrity, self-motivated and Teamwork member.
Knowledge in Automotive Applications would be preferred.
