TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.

Job Overview
Gather and prepare sales & financial forecasts ,analysis and reports for GAD China Core Automotive with the objectives of providing timely and accurate information for management's business planning, budgeting and decision-making; Support business development by collecting market information and providing market analysis; Support business management by KPI researching and controlling; Implement global policies, procedures, processes and tools on analysis area within Business Administration Management's direction and supervision.

Responsibilities

Sales planning & analysis. Tracking Sales function daily performance and make analysis reports in order to provide timely and accurate information for management's business planning, budgeting and decision making. Gather previous year’s sales and financial reports; Support sales analysis and forecast;
Business development supporting. Collect and monitor the monthly & quarterly & yearly Automotive China productions, market trends & polices & news, then make analysis reports to provide timely and accurate information to support business development. Work with sales team, customer service team, finance, marketing and other departments to support analysis for business development.
Business management supporting. Support management for KPI data researching & controlling; Support management for sales team SIP tracking and calculation; Implement global policies, procedures, processes and tools in Sales & Marketing Dept. based on Business Administration Management's instructions; Training the target team for the process, website/tools for any new/updating if necessary.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above
3 ~5 years relevant experience or above
Accountable, Integrity, self-motivated and Teamwork member;
Logical, detail-oriented, good analytical skills and PC application software skill.
Proficient in written and oral English, good communication skills. 
Strong business sense. Able to work independently under pressure.
Good command of English
