Responsibilities
- Assisting the ENG business with daily routine administrative work and office management;
- Manage the business cadence including the logistics, follow-up actions tracking;
- Manage office supply items from PO, payment and stock management;
- Manage business car usage (coordinate the driver and business use from employees);
- Manage employee events on regular basis to improve employee engagement & satisfaction;
- Coordinating with the facility team to ensure the office safety for employee;
- Assisting the ENG teams with ad hoc projects/assignments;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years working experience in administrative assistant related position; 
- Excellent communication skill at all levels within the company;
- Be willing to take responsibility and be accountable;
- Honest, details-oriented, hardworking, patient and stable;
- A good team player; 
- Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written); and
- Good command of computer skill (Microsoft Office, Word, PPT and Excel) and SAP knowledge
