Job Requirements

  • RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Test method development: reliability and functionality test method validation. make BKM for new type of reliability or functional test
    • Work with Laboratory and create test plan satisfying the test objective which is provided from PDE
    • Cover and lead all test request for socket and hardware. A window person to coordinate Lab resource when there are conflicts
    • Product reliability test execution: Test jig, fixture and test PCB design and preparation
    • Review customer’s test BKM for both socket and hardware. Fully understand the test requirements
    • Perform the reliability test in the laboratory, conduct necessary tests, engineering analysis, etc.
    • Supervise the reliability test at the internal/external laboratory
    • Ensures effective storage of test samples in lab, and lab management
    • Interacting with the customer and delivering the failure analysis report
    • Statistical data analysis skills for test results. deliver the test result not raw test data to team

What your background should look like

  • QUALIFICATIONS

     

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, preferred electrical or mechanical engineering
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in test engineering or design/field engineering
    • Experience with reliability test items, such as climatic, electrical and mechanical tests and project management.
    • Abundant knowledge with test standards such as EIA-364 series, IEC 60512 series and IEC 60068-2 series, etc.
    • Good knowledge of laboratory system requirement, ISO 17025
    • English skill, fluent in both oral and written English.
    • Willing to communicate proactively with good communication skills
    • Ability to self-plan work clearly with good priorities and execute accordingly
    • Effective problem-solving skills, ability to deal with multiple products and assigned tasks
    • Experience in socket product test is a strong plus
    • The capability of manipulating CAD tools (Creo, AutoCAD, Altium etc.) is a strong plus
