As a member of the Connected Living Solutions Business Unit Product Marketing team, the Product Marketing Analyst will drive awareness and demand for new and legacy products in collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Channel Marketing. The Product Marketing Analyst will lead the product launch process, create compelling product messaging and develop impactful product promotion plans. This role is located in Shanghai, China.

Key Responsibilities

Generate customer demand and loyalty by developing, deploying and measuring the results of clear and compelling product marketing campaigns for both new product introductions (NPIs) and legacy product promotions.

  • Create effective product promotion campaigns that result in lead generation
  • Ensure all market-facing communications deliver clear, compelling, value proposition messages that drive leads and product sales
  • Manage the product launch process for general-market NPI with Product Management, ensuring new products are sales ready, both for direct and distribution
  • Define, measure and report on the return of all demand marketing activities and investments
  • Work with Product Managers and Engineers to tell the TE/Business Unit product story and communicate with Product Managers on key product development and updates
  • Work with marketing team as a product expert, providing guidance and suggestions for featured products in various integrated and channel marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manage assigned budget in line with plan

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
  • 5+ years product marketing experience
  • Marketing and/or product marketing experience at a technology or manufacturing company (preferred)
  • Ability to influence internal business partners with whom no direct reporting relationship exists
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive projects to completion with on-time delivery
  • Proven track-record of strategic thinking and taking initiative on new ideas and problem solving
  • Experience with digital marketing tactics (preferred)
  • Excellent bilingual written and oral communications skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross functional teams
