TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.

Role Summary
We are seeking a growth-focused Senior Product Manager to own the P&L and product lifecycle for the Motor & Connectors portfolio across APAC. You will define product strategy, lead commercialization, and execute go-to-market plans to accelerate revenue and profitability. This role is critical for succession planning toward senior leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
•    P&L Ownership: Drive APAC regional bookings, billings, gross margin, and OPEX for the Motor Connectivity product line.
•    Product Strategy: Define products roadmaps based on market trends, VOC, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities.
•    Commercial Execution: Lead end-to-end product launches, pricing, and lifecycle management across APAC.
•    Go-to-Market (GTM): Develop channel/distributor strategies and partnerships to expand market reach.
•    S&OP Leadership: Own demand forecasting, inventory health, and supply chain alignment.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to execute growth initiatives.

•    Customer & Distributor Engagement: Build strategic relationships with key accounts and channel partners if it is necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) required.
•    Advanced Degree: MBA or equivalent P&L management experience mandatory.
•    Experience:8+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Operational Marketing.
•    Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in industrial markets specially referring to morion and drive  (APAC focus).
•    Commercial Acumen: Mastery of VOC analysis, market segmentation, strategic pricing, and messaging.
•    Growth Leadership: Proven success in developing business strategies that drive revenue and profit.
•    Stakeholder Influence: Ability to inspire teams and lead in matrixed global environments.
•    Analytical Rigor: Expertise in forecasting, financial planning, and data-driven decision-making.
•    Relationship Building: Track record of strong partnerships with customers/distributors.
•    Execution Excellence: Skill in managing complex priorities under tight deadlines.
•    Communication: Fluent in English and Chinese (negotiation, presentation, cross-cultural).
