Researches and innovates new processes for the introduction of new products or for the improvement of existing ones

Job Requirements

  • Ensuring product and process quality to meet specifications required.
  • Assisting in tender for equipment to ensure the best quality for best price
  • Overseeing installation of machinery and equipment and monitoring process adherence using data to identify gap and plan for improvement.
  • Improving manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
