Job Overview
A Supply Chain Project Leader plays a critical role in the implementation of DDN Supply Chain networks for New Product Introduction and Migration Projects. Overall,
this role is instrumental in ensuring the On Time set up of the supply chain operations with efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately contributing to the organization’s
profitability and customer satisfaction.
DDN Supply Chain Project Leader is dedicated to plan and qualify the implementation of the supply chain network to successfully launch any project, from NPI & Sustaining to Migrations & Footprint. End goal is to secure the optimized supply chain designed is implemented and ready to launch on time.
Key Responsibilities :
• Working closely with various departments, including procurement operations, footprint, logistics, and finance, to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
• Staying informed about trends and changes in supply chain management including regulations, market dynamics, and sustainability practices, to provide insights for strategic planning.
• Leveraging advanced software tools and technologies for project management such as MS Project or Planisware and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on trends in technologies.
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management to support strategic
decision-making.
• Understand project objective & customer requirements. Specially in terms of deadlines and Launch Dates.
• Analyze and update NPI / Migration projects roadmap to evaluate risk and criticality of each project. Define SC priority for each project.
• Understand the status and stage for each project.
• Adapt the SC Task List for each project, identifying the key actors and defining the time schedule.
• Coordinate & monitor the execution of the SC tasks.
• Identify urgent request and risk.
• Monitor the SC performance for each project and define actions to improve.

Role is 50% tactical & 50% strategic
• Report to Sr Manager Supply Chain Design DDN
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, TEP, Planisware)
• Deep understanding of supply chain principles, including logistics, inventory management,
and demand forecasting
• Ability to assess the financial impact of supply chain decisions, including cost-benefit analysis and return on investment calculations
• Highly customer centric
• Abilities to plan manage, and execute projects effectively, including setting milestones and delivering on time.
• Strong expertise with Offer creation Process, NPD and NPI
• Strong ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex supply chain issues.
• Ability to prioritize very well and maintain appropriate balance in a fast-paced, heavyworkload environment
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels
• Language skills: Excellent English (verbal / written) required, Chinese a Plus
