Job Overview
TE Connectivity's HR Solutions Partners provide consultative geographically-based HR professional services, guidance and coaching to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives. They coach managers or employees to ensure that recurring HR processes, such as talent/performance management or salary review processes, are completed appropriately and on time. The HR Solutions Partner manages a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They conduct employee orientations and implement organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the parent organization.

POSITION SUMMARY
Directs, oversees and develops East Cluster manufactory HR professional services organization, to ensure consistent execution of people strategy. Base location is Suzhou or Shanghai
Key responsibilities:
• Work closely with plant leaders and BU BPs to ensure HR team’s goals and performance aligned
• Responsible for team development/succession and engagement
• Lead the plant HR regional partners in the cluster to maximize the effectiveness on identifing opportunities to integrate and standardize HR platform in the cluster;
o Lead cluster technician & DL SWP and optimize internal hiring/sharing, develop effective recruiting channels/agency/website and school-enterprise cooperation program
• Cluster C&B governance and optimize
o Work together with HR services team make sure payroll compliance;
o Facilitate annual revisit on local operator bonus plan to optimize TE East region competitiveness and avoid internal competition by plants
• Integrate cluster training needs by working closely with business and China GTM to develop Cluster programs, like FLLDP program, EHS awareness, cluster NEO standardization .
• Lead and facilitate China project implementation in cluster, like China E-documents, cross BU talent movement, local benefit reviews.
• Work closely with HR services and COE to improve HR operation processes on employee life cycle for better employee experience and efficiency improvement (centrally supports vs local supports)
• Partners with plant HRBP and plant leaders to analyze and prioritize the critical business challenges and deploy appropriate HR actions in the cluster.
• Build a strong relationship with plant leaders and acts as a key contact with strong alignment between global BU’s priorities and China HR objectives, policies, and practices in small sized plant (<400).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/HR FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE
• HR Bachelor degree or above;
• Requires minimum 5+ years managerial experience in manfufactory HR environment managing virtual, international teams.
• Business acumen and deep understanding of the HR Operating Model and how the business of HR is run across the enterprise
• Must possess substantial knowledge in national employment legislation, labor law and economic trends.
• Anticipates and embraces change and moves quickly, decisively and effectively to take advantage of change.
