Contributes to operational strategy, develops organization to support the strategy, manages and develops a complex organization with multiple sub-functions.

Job Requirements

  • Planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple engineering projects.
  • Adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
  • Developing and administering schedules and performance requirements, and supporting budget responsibilities if required.
  • Working on issues of diverse scope, including understanding of business trends.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
