Job Overview

TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media.
The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

What your background should look like:


Develops and implements TE’s recruitment strategy to attract and retain talent. Key responsibilities include:
•    Contributes to the development of strategies and plans to build an organization that attracts and recruits strong leaders for respective Segment.
•    Work closely with the senior leadership team and HR business partners to anticipate the talent needs of the business.
•    Implements and executes the talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs for respective Segment.
•    Implement and propose Talent Acquisition procedure and systems to supporting business needs and meet HR's annual objectives within HR & Administration policies and procedures.
•    Work closely with BU/Corporate HRBP and Business Managers to drive the recruiting and staffing process.
•    Manages a team of employees within Talent Acquisition to ensure that the company’s recruitment strategy is being implemented effectively.
•    Review data proactively, train/guide/coach/train teams on gaps;
•    Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, reporting, etc.
•    Capture all escalations from HR/HMs and find root-cause and systemically solve;
•    Diversity, demand planning, branding strategies for areas of responsibility


•    BS/BA degree or above
•    Typically requires minimum 8+ years of professional working experience in Recruiting.
•    Prior supervisory experience may be required.
•    Demonstrated experience with working collaboratively across businesses within a highly matrixed organization and achieving excellent results.
•    Demonstrated experience implementing and executing on thoughtful project/recruiting strategies and then methodically working those projects to successful completion.
•    Experience making quick decisions in a fast paced environment.
•    Sound understanding of executive recruiting techniques, recruitment plan development, sourcing methods (executive referrals, research, direct sourcing, internet search, executive search firms, etc.), vendor relationship management, executive compensation strategies, external community and agency relationship management.
•    Good English
