Role Summary
The China Pricing Manager is responsible for driving pricing strategy, governance, and execution across the China market. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to optimize price realization, margin performance, and competitive positioning, while ensuring alignment with global pricing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with overall business and margin targets
- Establish and maintain pricing governance, policies, and approval frameworks
- Drive pricing discipline across deals to balance growth, profitability, and competitive positioning
- Commercial Business Partnering***
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior
- Identify risks and opportunities to proactively adjust pricing strategies
- Support new product launches with pricing simulations and positioning
- TEOA (Tools, Processes & Systems) ***
- Drive improvements in pricing tools, reporting dashboards, and automation
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across pricing systems
- Lead pricing-related projects (e.g., digital pricing tools, quoting systems)
What your background should look like:
Qualifications & Experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in pricing, FP&A, commercial finance, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing models and financial analysis
- Advanced analytical capability (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
- Stakeholder management across Sales, Product, and OperationsData-driven decision making with clear communication of insights
