Job Overview

Serve as the technical center of excellence for manufacturing processes by driving process optimization, equipment reliability improvement, root-cause elimination, and deployment of best practices across DDN operations. The role provides deep technical expertise to support site performance improvement and sustainable operational capability.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Process Technology Leadership
•    Develop and deploy best-in-class manufacturing process standards.
•    Lead process optimization initiatives to improve yield, throughput, and cost performance.
•    Identify emerging technologies and manufacturing best practices.
Technical Problem Solving
•    Lead cross-site root cause investigations for chronic process issues.
•    Apply advanced problem-solving methodologies to eliminate recurring losses.
•    Support containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
Reliability & Yield Improvement
•    Drive equipment reliability improvements.
•    Improve process capability and manufacturing robustness.
•    Lead efforts to reduce defects, variation, and downtime.
Standardization & Knowledge Management
•    Establish and maintain global process standards.
•    Capture and replicate successful solutions across sites.
•    Build technical knowledge repositories and best-practice libraries.
Cross-Functional Support
•    Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and CI teams.
•    Support new product introduction and manufacturing readiness efforts.
•    Provide technical consultation to plant teams.

 

What your background should look like

•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
•    8+ years of manufacturing engineering or process engineering experience.
•    Deep expertise in process optimization and root-cause analysis.
•    Strong knowledge of reliability engineering and manufacturing systems.
•    Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments.
•    Demonstrated success leading technical improvement projects.
