Job Overview

The HR Systems and Workforce Analytics teams manage TE's HR Technology. They build, implement and continuously improve global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. They also develop custom reports to meet business requirements, monitor HR systems and analytics needs and provide technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems.

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor degree, with advanced degree preferred.
  • Computer science or similar major preferred.
  • Typically requires minimum 10+ years of professional working experience in HR system area with progressive experience in developing, implementing, and managing HR systems and analytical tool (SAP, SuccessFators, ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, RPA, Python etc.).
  • APAC work experience is mandatory.
  • Must have strategic thinking to lead HR system evolvement with independent thoughts and strong execution from draft to delivery
  • Strong analytical skills with can-do mindset and proactively identify and define how the HRIS and HR processes meet business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage international and cross-functional projects and manage through ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Familiar with matrix organization structure work environment with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
