Job Overview
Drive CLS BU operation financials. Develop and implement recosting and operation reporting. Support Operations Finance director to optimize costing process and drive operation productivity.
Partner with operation footprint team on operation strategic projects.
Partner with operation team on capital spending (Capex) management.
Maintain DoA Matrix for CLS BU in compliance with TE policy.
Maintain compliance and integration.
Job Requirements
• Develop and implement recosting and operation reporting. Support Operations Finance director to optimize costing process and drive operation productivity.
o Lead annual recosting and interim cost change of both plants and non-plant
o Keep optimizing the costing process with a mindset of continuous improvement
o In-depth analysis of operation variances
o Support Finance Director to drive operation productivity and TEOA saving
• Partner with operation footprint team on operation strategic projects.
o Work closely with footprint team to simulate scenario planning for potential footprint projects
o Lead the process of BU and Corporate approval for new footprint projects
o Support the in-depth analysis and execution of existing footprint projects
• Partner with operation team on capital spending (Capex) management.
o Own the Capex reporting process (budgeting, forecasting and closing) for entire CLS BU
o Optimize the Capex budget allocation to drive operational productivity
o Review each Capital Expenditure Request (CER) before and after project implementation
• Manage and complete DoA matrix for CLS
o Support Finance Director to drive compliance in DoA for the whole BU
o Review DoA matrix quarterly and ensure changes in organization are well reflected
o
• Maintain compliance and integration.
o Always have a mindset that “compliance and integration is most important”
o Be an expert of TE finance policy related to the job scope
What your background should look like
Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
MBA, CPA or ACCA is a plus
Minimum 10 years’ work experience (Finance & Controlling, management experience in MNC).
Positive, proactive and ability to manage globally and cross culturally
Have good communication skills in both oral and written English
