TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

  1. Daily management of distributor

Target setting, performance review, performance management, annual evaluation, pricing/ reporting and project pipeline management

  1. Distributor on-site audit visit, check channel data, understand distributor conditions, incl. business model, operating preference, marketing
  2. Customized distributor risk management mechanism based on business
  3. Research the status and the future developing direction of ICT market
  4. Give the short-term and long-term strategy of develop sale channel and distributor in the futur
  5. Maintain distributor digital system to ensure the completeness of the distributors’authorization and basic information.


  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin required
  2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues of a complex nature.
  3. Meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
