Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.

Job Description Summary

•    Prioritize and develop new customer in the Engine market in China, driving market penetration, new business growth and market share.
•    Create and build value-adding relationships with key influencers and decision makers with target customer. Identify opportunities and stimulate initiatives to strengthen the relationship with key influencers and decision makers.
•    Ensure timely and accurate reporting as required by the business. This will include reporting on market mapping, production forecast and trend, sales strategy setting, accounts plan, opportunity management and progress on initiatives and status of relationships.
•    In co-operation with internal team to demonstrate solid knowledge and understanding for key Engine maker, keeping aware of key players, trends, and competitor activity, and share this intelligence across region and teams in ICT.
•    Co-ordinate with FAE and AE team to ensure the customer receives the appropriate level of technical expertise and adequate support.

 

What your background should look like:

Requirement:
•    Experience at Commercial Vehicle industry, especially for Engine market
•    Proven track record within a sales role in a market
•    Demonstrate successful track record of managing projects
•    Ability to develop successful cross functional relationships internally 
•    Ability to manage time and resource effectively, managing multiple activities successfully
•    Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
