Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Quality and Reliability Engineering Teams analyze the ability of product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factors. They design, recommend revisions and install quality control systems, develop and document analytical methods for establishing reliability of products and their components and conduct analysis on relative reliability with regards to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment. Out teams develop, implement and monitor company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health and safety regulations and recommend corrective actions if necessary. They are responsible for policies and practices to comply with applicable government regulations and industry requirements related to product environmental compliance, the implementation and management of technical and testing standards and specifications, quality control and reliability programs governing materials, product and processes, resulting in the optimization of material and labor, as well as failure analysis, root cause, corrective action and customer communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lab procedures Resource Evaluation
Responsible for the quality management system of the laboratory, to ensure that the laboratory quality management activities comply with CNAS/ CL01:2018 standard
, CNAS-CL01-G001:2018 and CNAS requirements for relevant special fields;
Identify the resource risk and along with lab strategy to support leadership to manage and support growing test request and business long-term development.

Quality KPI Management
Align with organization manager to setup each goals per lab quality system, Organize the compilation of system documents such as "Quality Manual" and management program documents, and be responsible for the implementation of the documents; Organize the experience share and support lab all quality objectives be achieved as the target, follow up and evaluate the result to track and manage quality KPI effectively.

Internal/external audit 
(i) Write and review all lab system documents and procedures to meet quality requirement and per TE policies,Check all elements in labratory and organize audit to timely prevention or corrective actions to keep lab quality system implementation smoothly
(ii)Feedback to lab managers and team to ensure full compliance with plan and organization requirement 

Quality Improvement
(i)Establish lab quality system improvement plan and keep all procedures are implemented well as requirement
(ii)Maintain and continuous improve test engineering procedures and forms in order to optimize test process and quality system
(iii) Maintain calibration capabilities to support lab internal service to expedite the L/T and keep flexible strength for organization operation.
(iii)maintain lab certificates in test and calibration scope and manage and supervise the quality result in daily work in order to strictly follow quality reto follow ISO:17025 lab quality requirement.

Quality Management supervision on 5 elements
(i)Manage test lab members, machines, materials, method and environmental in order to keep quality system work in normal.
(ii)Implement regular quality supervision to keep quality in every function are executed well as requirement

Customer complaint Management
Follow up the complaint case to lab whatever on test or service, and support or supervise the compliant analysis in order to ensure timely notification and effective solutions be made.

People Developing
Develop lab staff with multiple test skill and test know-how knowledge in order to improve overall capability and competency and also ensure staff retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electronic, Engineering or related field 
Above 8 years multinational enterprise work experience in quality.
Outstanding knowledge laboratory system requirement, ISO 17025 and about key guidelines per CNAS-CL01, GL01, CL-A001 etc
Good command of training and planning skill
Outstanding quality analysis capability
Good knowledge of LDFSS, LEAN, VAVE, MSA etc

Good sense on results orientation and customer focus
Excellent team leading experience
Excellent communication skill
Good command of English skill both in oral and written
