Role Overview 
This role is responsible for China marketing and customer experience programs that drive growth in the Auto business. This includes a strong ability to lead and partner across functions to serve as a marketing thought leader and strategic business partner in a dynamically changing and technology-driven industry. This role serves as the regional functional lead in working with key global and segment marketing stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate and thrive in a global environment, provide innovative marketing and communication approaches and champion change.
Responsible for broad marketing strategy and execution across all marketing disciplines including product marketing, integrated, digital, communications and events. Drive development, implementation and measurement across channels to accelerate business priorities. Develop messaging to consistently articulate differentiated value of our company to customers, partners and influencers. Increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, and provide customer insights that enable commercial maturity.
Set and build a marketing vision that is embraced throughout the organization, which will include establishing credibility at all levels; bringing best practice approaches;  and enabling a high performing marketing organization.

Key Accountabilities:
Product Marketing:
-    Focus on driving awareness and demand for products and technologies in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering and Sales. 
-    Generate customer demand and loyalty by developing, deploying and measuring the results of clear and compelling product marketing programs for both new product introductions, legacy product promotions and technology solutions.
Integrated Marketing:
-    Design, execute and report on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement. 

Digital & Social:
-    Develop and execute all digital aspects of marketing programs leveraging search, social media, email campaigns and digital media.
-    Pull and leverage data and analytics to report out on effectiveness of marketing efforts across all platforms and integration with sales.
Customer Experience:
-    Coordinate and orchestrate a cross-functional strategy to improve customer experience across key customer segments
-    Identify and assess customer journey through a variety of sources to pinpoint moments that matter and moments of failure
-    Champion a customer-centric approach to customer journey investments

Communication:
-    Develop messaging and positioning that clearly and compellingly tells the BU/company story, our products and our unique competencies.
-    Create, implement and measure the impact of communication plans leveraging all marketing channels - advertising, public relations, digital / social media, collateral and events.

Event Marketing:
-    Plan and execute company events including trade shows, exhibitions, customer events and internal company events. 

What your background should look like:

-    10--15 years’ experience of holistic marketing leader role, with strong business acumen.   
-    Logic, strategic thinking and commercial sense. 
-    Excellent communication and influencing skills.
-    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
-    Proactive, self-starter, team player, and open minded.
-    Ability to perform in a multi-culture matrix environment.
-    Experienced in project management and providing solution oriented problem-solving approach.
-    Strong team leadership and development approach.
