Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities

  • Implementing HR strategy at China level to support business strategy.
  • Following HR work schedule with creative ideas and implementation.
  • Working with line managers to identify and develop talents.
  • Supporting business to driver BU/ functional performance.
  • Conducting strategic workforce planning.
  • Working with leaders to establish and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Balancing HR resources to provide solutions to solve special problems.
  • Facilitating process of employee relationship cases.
  • Providing consultant or advice on other HR related issue.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor graduate degree from key universities.
  • 3-5 years of professional working experience in HR BP or HR Generalist.
  • Fluent in English in both speaking and writing.
  • Demonstrated communication and influencing skills.
  • Good solution provider.
  • Logical and conceptional thinking.
  • Open, positive and quick learning.
  • Solid labor law knowledge and legal case experience.
