HR SYSTEMS & WORKFORCE ANALYST
Job Overview
The HR Systems and Workforce Analytics teams manage TE's HR Technology. They build, implement and continuously improve global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. They also develop custom reports to meet business requirements, monitor HR systems and analytics needs and provide technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems.
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Collaborates with internal customers to analyze requirements, develops and implements various HRIS procedures and HR reports.
- Creates, maintains and delivers a variety of reports and HR dashboards that help the HR function and management to identify workforce trends and to understand business needs.
HR System Support & Project Implementation
- Troubleshoots production issues, including problem analysis, and performing steps for resolution.
- Acts as a liaison with IT & Vendor on technical issues and projects required technical support.
- Documents system specifications, configurations, processes and procedures.
- Provides expertise in the analysis, design, development and implementation of HRIS project.
What your background should look like:
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) ;advanced degree preferred.
• Typically requires minimum of 2+ years of HRIS experience or experience in data analytics and visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with HR Systems supporting (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.
• Experience building and executing HR System enhancements and trouble shooting
