Job Overview

The HR Systems and Workforce Analytics teams manage TE's HR Technology. They build, implement and continuously improve global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. They also develop custom reports to meet business requirements, monitor HR systems and analytics needs and provide technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems.

What your background should look like:

Builds, implements and improves TE’s global and China local HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. Develops custom reports in partnership with internal customers to meet business requirements. Monitors HR system and analytics needs and provides technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems.


Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborates with internal Human Resources customers to analyze HRIS requirements, develops and implements various HRIS procedures and prepares moderate to complex customized reports.

• Creates, maintains and delivers a variety of reports and HR dashboards that help the HR function and management to identify workforce trends and to understand business needs.

• Provides expertise in the analysis, design, development and implementation of HRIS project.

• Troubleshoots production issues, including problem research and analysis, and performing steps for resolution.

• Acts as a liaison with IT on technical issues and projects required technical support.

• Documents system specifications, configurations, processes and procedures.

Required Experience

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) with computer science or mathematics major

• Typically requires minimum of 5+ years of HRIS experience or experience in data analytics and visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau)

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Experience with HR Systems configuration and reporting (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, etc.)

• Experience building and executing HR information system enhancements and trouble shooting

• Ability to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end users
