Job Overview 
Responsible for driving the HR Strategy execution for the related BU /Function and developing Talent, driving performance and Cultural projects etc. This role will partner closely with the business leaders to enable them to implement their strategies, priorities and achieve their goals, through creating local culture transformation, talent engagement and organization effectiveness.


Responsibilities & Qualifications 
•    Implementing HR strategy at China level to support business strategy.
•    Cooperate with Global BU/Function HR to execute the BU strategy in China scope.
•    Following HR schedule with creative ideas and implementation.
•    Working with line managers to identify and develop talents.
•    Supporting business to driver BU/ functional performance. 
•    Conducting strategic workforce planning.
•    Working with leaders to establish and maintain a positive work environment.
•    Balancing HR resources to provide solutions to solve special problems.
•    Facilitating process of employee relationship cases.
•    Providing consultant or advice on other HR related issue.


Education, Experience and Qualifications
•    Bachelor graduate degree from key universities.
•    8+ years of professional working experience in HR and 3+ HRBP related experience; breadth of HR knowledge and skills.
•    Mature, demonstrated communication and influencing skills.
•    Good solution provider.
•    Solid labor law knowledge and legal case experience.
•    Fluent in English in both speaking and writing.
