Job Overview


  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provide effective support in the people management, succession & development plans.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Cooperate with Global BU/Function HR to execute the BU strategy in China scope.
  • Supporting business to driver BU/ functional performance.
  • Supporting strategic workforce planning.
  • Balancing HR resources to provide solutions to solve special problems.
  • Facilitating process of employee relationship cases.
  • Providing consultant or advice on other HR-related issues.

What your background should look like:

Education, Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor graduate degree from key universities.
  • 4+ years of professional working experience in HR and 2+ HRBP related experience; breadth of HR knowledge and skills.
  • Mature, demonstrated communication and influencing skills.
  • Good solution provider.
  • Solid labor law knowledge and legal case experience.
  • Fluent in English in both speaking and writing.
