REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/HR FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE
• Bachelor degree, 8+ years HR generalist or business partnership experience, relevant industry background is preferred.
• Experience in mfg is preferred, familiar with employee life cycle operations, labor relations, performance management and talent development.
• Proven ability to operate successfully in a matrix environment;Interpersonal savvy to manage highly sensitive and/or challenging situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend and implement practical solutions.
• Good command of English skills.

HR Partner for centrol operations functions including Glog, Facility and AMT
The role will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall business performance. This role requires a deep understanding of operations and a strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful HR solutions.
It requires a site - based presence in Shanghai DC, Kunshan DC, and Shanghai office, with cadence - driven scheduling, to provide professional HR support to people leader and employees.
Key responsibilities include:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead and support change management initiatives within the operations functions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements within the operations functions.
• Collaborate with the HR team to review and update B6 incentives as needed to reflect changes in the business environment and legal landscape.
• Act as the performance improvement driver and provide effective supports in the people management and succession & development plans.
• Coordinate and collaborate with HR CoE and HR Service to effectively manage the successful delivery of HR solutions required to drive the business imperatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, employee engagement, and a culture of respect and collaboration.
• Works with leaders to identify HR issues/problems and provides counsel and support in finding solutions. May recommend appropriate measures such as recruitment, training, reassignment, transfer or out - placement.
