Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
Responsible for supporting China HR Project Management and building up HR communication platform.
What your background should look like:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate or lead various HR projects which may related to manufactory or non-manufactory, covers all kinds of topics like process standardization, HR integration, etc.
• Manage and innovate internal communication channels and platform like social media to ensure the full awareness and proper message well delivered to target employees to improve engagement.
• Utilizing specific practice research, benchmarking and trend analysis on HR best practice from market to supports HR function programs.
• Leverage internal and external resources to organize HR sharing for HR team development.
• Be the China HR TEOA champion to drive HR continuous improvement.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience;
• 8+ years of HR professional working experience, typically requires minimum 3+ years HR Generalist/HRBP-related experience, breadth of HR knowledge and skills in variety of fields;
• Good communication skills, multi-tasking skills and project management experience;
• Solid experience in the use of multiple forms of media (print, audio, video, web) and the appropriate use for each medium to reach target audiences;
• Good presentation skills – Concept and Execution;
• Good command of English.
