Job Overview

TE's HR Business Partners implement Human Resources policies at the business unit level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management). They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization.


This is an individual contributor role and primarily focusses on getting results by leveraging on organization eco system – Globally and Regionally.



  • Drive and oversee the execution of Global BU HR Initiatives together with Senior Business Leaders in the Region. (Restructuring, Work force Planning, Talent and OLR, Organization effectiveness incl. Employee communication activities etc.)
  • Partner and consults with BU Managers in the region and work with them on driving the BU Strategy with the purpose of ensuring that all employees in the region have clear understanding of BU Strategy, Value Drivers, Business Priorities and are regularly updated on the business and financial performance of BU.
  • The incumbent will be key interface between Global HRBP Teams (Organized by Verticals and Global Functions) and Regional HR Solutions/TA Team to ensure that services are being delivered in the spirit of TE HR Operating Model
  • Ensure that Internal employee communication is managed effectively within the Region and act as a BU HR Representative in the region for all Employees.
  • Coach and develop leaders and managers in the region.
  • Ensure momentum on development of identified High Potentials, High Performers, Emerging Talents and Female Talents within the Region (Quarterly skip level meetings, follow up on development plans, assessment tools etc.)
  • Ensure that Regional Recruitment Plans are being closely monitored and consult and guide Global HRBPs teams.
  • Translate the BU Talent Strategy Map into HR practices that support the development of people capability, culture and organization within the Region.
  • Leverage Organizational Leadership Review (OLR) and strategic succession planning outcomes/requirements to support BU Leaders in the region.
  • Support and oversee the implementation of Performance and Comp Planning Process in the Regions especially aligning the communication around the BU Specific guidelines in the region.
  • Support the Global HRBP team with specific initiatives in their respective business areas that needs to be coordinated effectively within the Region (Sales Assessment Programs, PLP Programs, Engineering / Operating Footprint etc.)
  • Provide support and actively participate in the events meetings, townhalls and ensure there is on-going communication and employee engagement activities on quarterly basis within the Region.
  • Actively contributes to the development of HR Strategic Plans ensuring that Regional views are perspective are included.
What your background should look like:



  • Graduate degree in BA, Psychology or equivalent
  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional working experience in HR environment, especially within Business Partnering space.
  • Proven Experiences in leading and managing Global HR Initiatives within the Region, covering multiple business and functional areas (Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering etc.)
  • Expert knowledge and experience in Org design, Org effectiveness and Strategic Workforce Planning with proven track record of managing and leading global and transformational projects
  • Strong execution skills and results driven mindset and who will held managers accountable
  • Demonstrated influencing skills with ability to successfully manage key stakeholders across multiple countries and mobilize teams of people within the Region.
  • Strong Communication skills and highly approachable and sociable personality
